Gabriel received his B.S. in Microbiology from UT El Paso, El Paso, Tx his hometown in 1997. He is now enrolled in the Molecular Biology Ph.D. program and his projects involve NAE and abiotic stress susceptibility in Arabidopsis.

Swati Tripathy

Swati is originally from India and received her Ph.D. in plant science from Vikram University, Uyjan, M.P. India. She also worked as a Research Associate at Texas Tech University before coming to UNT. She is now employed as a research Scientist working on NAE signaling in plant defense.

Sangchul is from Seoul, Korea and received his B.S. and M.S. in 1998 and 2002, respectively, in Biochemistry from Korea University. He is now a Ph.D. student at UNT working on the enzyme characterization of rice FAAH.

Aruna Kilaru

Aruna is a postdoc in our lab working on NAE metabolism and its physiological implications in lipid signaling. She is originally from Eluru, Andhra Pradesh, India and received her BS(1991) and MS(1993) in India. Her doctoral work was done at University of Louisiana at Lafayette and she graduated in 2005. Agnieszka is originally from Warsaw Poland . She received her M.S. in Molecular Biology in 2001 from UNT and is currently employed as a Research Assistant III. Her projects include cottonseed oil modification and T-DNA typing of Arabidopsis mutants.

Neal is originally from Middletown, Ohio and received his Bachelor of Arts and Science and M.S. from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX in 1994 and 1997, respectively. At UNT he is a research assistant in the Molecular Biology Ph.D. program. He is working on the NAE signaling pathway and gene expression in germination and seedlings.
