Welcome to the Science Education Research Laboratory at the University of North Texas!

This lab is directed by Dr. Rudi Thompson. She is the science education professor here at UNT and is also involved in many innovative and up in coming projects such as NSF Research Experience for Teachers involving wireless sensor networks, State Energy Conservation Office involving SMART Schools, EMERGE, and most notably, the Director of the City of Dallas Environmental Education Initiative. She teaches Biology 1028: Biology for Educators and a graduate level course, Scientific Teaching in the Classroom. Her faculty profile can be found here!
